I
Is the course
duration enough for me to get started on real
trading?
The beginner course will equip you with the
essential knowledge to start trading. We have been
conducting this course
since June 2007
and we have received very positive feedback.
Through our survey forms given
out to students at the end of the class,
almost all the students surveyed, have found
the content of the course to have met their expectations and
they have benefited from the course.
Students are advised to apply what they learn
in the course in order to see results. We advise students
to practise the strategies taught in the course and trade on the
demo account for a period of time until they can profit
consistently before trading on a real account.
How many students
have attended the course since we started the course?
We have
more
than 500 students who have attended our basic and advance
courses.
Do your strategies guarantee that I will make
100% profits?
There are no strategies
that work 100% of the time. Do not be taken in by anyone who
claims that they have a forex trading
strategy that will guarantee you profits. It does not exist.
We can only
talk about whether a particular strategy has a higher
probability of bringing you profits and not which particular
strategy is 100% accurate. One important rule
of trading is that if it is a proven
strategy that works more than 50% accuracy of the time, you have
to stick to it. Don’t throw it away when it didn’t work on you
once or twice. Accept the fact that there will be times when the
setups do not go the way as planned. If every trade are to work
out profitable all the time, then there are no risks in forex
trading.
Why is the course fee
much lower than those offered by other course providers who can
charge up to $4,000?
We believe that we should only charge what is
reasonable. Paying more does not mean you get the best. Our fees
are lower because our expenses for running the course are lower.
We spend less on advertising in the newspapers. In fact you
hardly see our advertisements in the newspapers and if we do
advertise, our advertisements are often small. Most of our
students are through word-of-mouth and readers who have read and
enjoyed the book “Handbook on Forex
Trading”.
Our advertisements are designed to be
informative rather than a persuasive sales pitch. We do
not use words like “make explosive profits”,
“make easy forex money”, “sure-win strategy”, “get rich quick”
or words that have a tendency to over promise customers and make
forex trading sounds so easy. It is only fair just to say that
you can be profitable and you can reduce your risks in forex
trading if you have the right education and trading knowledge.
If
I attend the course, can I become a millionaire trading forex?
No one
should claim that you can become a millionaire in trading forex.
No one should even tell you that you can turn $2000 to $200,000
in a year or less unless you are willing to trade with large
contracts and to undertake a big financial risk. Trading forex
is not for everyone. It involves
risks. Part of your learning involves knowing how to control
your losses and not just about profits making. Just like
learning a new skill, it takes time to be proficient and good at
it.
Trading
results of each trader differs due to the difference in the
level of knowledge about the market, trading styles, trading
experience, psychology, the level of discipline and the ability
to manage risks effectively.
Who is the trainer for
the course?
The trainer
is Nicholas Tan. He has more than 18 years of experience in the
area of Forex trading, having worked for 13 years as a Forex
trader with Bank Brussels Lambert and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Armed with a degree from NUS in 1989, he worked his way up to

Nicholas has been trading for his own account and has coached
numerous individuals on Forex. He is also the bestselling author

The book, ‘Handbook on Forex Trading” offers
readers a good introduction to forex trading and it is written
in a concise manner. The book is available
at major bookstores and libraries. Many of
our students are readers who have found the book useful and
informative and they came to our course to get practical hands-on
training.
What is the difference between the book and
the course?
The book gives you the theoretical knowledge
but the course lets you experience the forex market and the
strategies in action. As the course is conducted in the evenings
where the market is very active, real time charts will be used
to illustrate effective trade setups and technical indicators
you will be learning to plan and execute your trades.
Email testimonial:
-
Dear
Nicholas,
-
-
Thank
you for conducting the forex
course at such an affordable price.
-
I
have attended several previews and even paid a thousands of
dollars to attend some courses. However the quality of
what was taught from those courses
taught pale in comparison to yours.
I am more confident trading forex now,
and I know capturing pips is now
no longer a matter of luck.
Once again, thank you.

Cheers

A Comment From A Local Forum:

What kind of support do I get after I have
attended the course?
- Email
support: send your questions direct to the trainer and get
them answered
-
Post your questions and share trading
tips with fellow graduates in our forex forum
- 12
months of free 3-hours revision class conducted once a
month.
To gain the
full benefits of the revision class, students are advised to
keep a trading journal to document and monitor their trade
setups.
Do I need to buy
any software or is there any hidden cost?
There is no
hidden cost and there are no products or software which you need
to purchase.
Can I open a broker account immediately after
the course?
Do not rush to trade with real money. There
is no shortcut to becoming a successful trader. You got to arm
yourself with the basic knowledge and gain your trading
experience as you go along. In fact, you should not be trading
with real money until you have been consistently making money in
your demo account.
Is this a franchise like some courses offered
by other training providers?
This is not
a franchise. There is no reward system for recruiting students.
