About The Speakers:
Goh Kheng Chuan is the owner and publishing consultant
of Rank Books. He entered the publishing trade in 1993,
and over the past 10 years, he has published numerous
books by local authors. Also, he has guided many authors
on self-publishing. He is himself a successful author.
His best selling title is the "Handbook For
Expatriates: Working and Living in Singapore and
Handbook For Stock Investors."
Sam Choo has over 10 years experience in the IT
industry. Since graduating with a Bsc (Hons) in
Computing and a Diploma in Training, he has been a
senior software engineer, an entrepreneur, and now,
lastly, an IT Project Manager. He immerses himself in
the world of IT even during his leisure time, which he
often uses to maintain web sites. Sam Choo has close
ties with the publishing industry. In 2005, he founded
the Singapore Writers Guild to help aspiring writers get
their works published. He is also the author of a
soon-to-be-released book on innovation.
