We Invite You To Submit Your Manuscripts!

We are constantly looking for new titles. If you have written a book that you would like to have it evaluated for publication, we invite you to send your manuscript to us. Writers outside Singapore are also invited to submit their manuscripts for review. We look forward to hearing from you.

Guidelines For Manuscript Submission

1. All manuscripts can be mailed to the Publishing Manager, Rank Books, Block 1002, Toa Payoh Industrial Park, #07-1423, Singapore 319074. You can also send your manuscript via email. Our email address is admin@rankbooks.com.
    
2. All manuscripts must be typed/word-processed and printed on A4 sized paper preferably double-spaced. If you are sending via email, please ensure
   that it is in Mircrosoft Word format and please indicate which version of MS Word you are using (Word 6.0, Word 97 etc.).
    
3. If you do not wish to send the full manuscript, please send us a letter and include the following information:
   1. The proposed title
   2. The purpose of the book
   3. Table of contents
   4. Introductory material and a chapter or two of your work
       
4. Manuscripts will be read and evaluated relative to a publishing option proposal within 120 days of receipt. Not all manuscripts will receive a proposal. If a proposal is made, more specific information will be discussed at that time.
    
5. Manuscripts cannot be returned. If you want anything to be returned, please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your submission.
    
6. Before you send the manuscript, please try to answer some of these questions below which will help us in the evaluation process.
   1. Find and review books similar to yours. You can find books in the library or books at the bookstores. How are they selling?
   2. Is there a need for another book on your topic? Why? Describe specifically what your book does that others do not. What makes your book unique?
   3. Tell us a little about your background. Why did you write this book? Any specific qualifications relating to the subject of your work? Any previous publications or writing experience? Will you be able to promote your book at say Workshops, Professional meetings or seminars?
